Ø       As a Resident Engineer (RE), Inspector and Record Keeper, performed numerous management activities for multiple highway construction activities ($500k-5.6M) during project’s daily operations.  Using various computer programs (see above), performed numerous data entry tasks and maintained essential records (Including: development of Change Orders, RFI’s, Progress Payments, contractor’s price analysis, and the tracking of Material Tests Reports, Certificates, and Project Liability Reports)

Ø       OSHA 10-Hour training, New-techniques for Highway Safety, Quantity and Quality Standards for Inspection Procedures of HMA Asphalt, Structural Concrete Highway/Traffic Construction and Design
